No pain after LEEP?

I was diagnosed with HPV several years ago and had CIN1 on biopsies until two months ago- I had CIN2. My doctor did the LEEP yesterday. I went under general anesthesia even though she had to remove just a little bit. It might have been because I have an IUD and she had to tuck the strings into the uterus for the LEEP and then pull them back down. Anyways, I was on day 3 of my period so I was experiencing moderate bleeding. I have the paraguard so my periods typically last 7-8 days. So it's been about 24 hours since the procedure and I haven't had ANY pain and NO bleeding! I am certainly very worried, as I have planned on being in a lot of pain, and more than normal bleeding. The biopsies always resulted in some very painful cramping for me. Can anyone share their trajectory of pain and discharge? When did it start after the LEEP and when did it peak?

I had my leep on the 6th of Dec. after discovering cin3 in November . I do not take any contraception as of two months ago, the pill. My period came on day three after I hadn't really spotted at all from the procedure. I also went under GA but I believe I had more tissue taken then you due to the insurance claim.. Perhaps the fluids and electrolytes given explain the lack of symptoms and of cramping too? I had the very same thoughts as you!

I know this is a couple years late on this post but I had the leep procedure under general anesthesia earlier today and also have no pain. I have not taken any medication and no pain meds during surgery. Also no real spotting or discharge.

Don't get me wrong, I feel thankful in the moment, but I'm concerned it'll either sneak up with a vengeance or something is wrong.

I was prepped for and expecting some intense cramping, weird discharge and spotting.

Anyone have any similar experience?
