Hello, I had a ct scan done which showed a 4.6 cm cyst on my left ovary. I went in for my follow up ultrasound and I'm unsure of the results and worried something must be going on. The ultrasound said my cyst was gone, but had the following findings.

-small hyperchooc foci at the margin of endometriem

-small benign microcalidocstions

-cystic lesions identified on my cervix (suggest nabothian cyst)

Ovary messutmemts

Right- 3.2 cm x 2.8 cm x 2.3 cm

Vol 10.6 no

Left (thinking the problem one)

4.9 cm x 4.2 cm x 2.8 cm

Vol 30.0 no

-trace free fluid in culdesac

(No evidence of cyst and report says "no significant abnormalities )

I have pain with intercourse (plus bleeding) ad well as just general pain and fatigue.

Just looking for some help understanding these findings and way or what to ask the doctor next...

Thanks for your time!
