Scared to death I have nasal cancer

I want to apologize to anyone who may be offended here. I'm absolutely scared to death and I need some with expierence to help me out. Here is my story. I am a hypochondriac and I'll admit it. But just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you. For the past 6 weeks I have been having periodic nose bleeds. They come on the same way every time. I blow my nose, there is no blood in the discharge but maybe a minute later my nose bleeds. I can stop these bleeds on less then a minute. Every time. I have no other symptoms at all. No headache or sinus pressure. No pain or congestion. I went to my primary care physician last Friday (10 days ago). He said stop picking and blowing so hard (I do pick and I do blow very hard. I also pull my nostril hair out) I have stopped these behaviors but I'm still getting bleeds, maybe 2 mins after blowing. I'm absolutely scared to death. It doesn't seem to stop. I'm using a saline solution to keep from picking. I have stopped taking hot showers bc I heard it dialates blood vessels. I can't see a ENT until late may and I'm scared that will be to late. Can anyone tell me if this sounds like nasal cancer? Every website tells me nosebleeds is a first sign of nasal cancer especially if it is one sided like mine are. I'm sorry if anyone is offended but I can't focus at work. I can't play with my kids. I'm losing my mind. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
