I'm going on the low-iodine diet again to prep for RAI, two years after my first radioiodine ablation.

After two weeks on the diet I remember feeling that my body craved iodine, and was never really satisfied. And I felt slightly nauseous all the time.  I guess that's what I'm in for again.  I wanted to know if there are new recipes since the low iodine diet cookbook edition 4.
