It has been 10 months since my Bro was dx GBM inoperable--prognosis---1 month.Well...He is still with us and doing just fine.I discovered this site and you good people have been with us every day of our journey. So many of you gave me what I needed to keep him fighting.I Thank you all for so much support for both my Bro and Myself. In that 10 months Our Family had much to deal with.I became a caregiver to three members of the Family within a 2 month period, two in the same hospitol at one point! But at the end of each day I would log on and was able to re-focus on the task of finding my Bro the best help that I could and most of that info came from you! We are not at 10 Years (Yet) but we got to this point despite what we were told.Without your help I would not have known that we could even fight.Once again, many Thanks  and Keep up the Fight against this horrible disease.

Don,

You are so right.  Since my husband was dx 12/08 I look to this site for all the advice and support I can't get from the medical establishment.  To them we all may be statistics but to all of us here we know that each of us is willing to fight or help our loved ones fight this monster.  I pray that your brother continues to thrieve in the new normal that following bt diagnosis.  God Bless us all.

I am in complete agreement.  THis site helps me know I am not alone in fighting this battle with my MIL.  Thanks to everyone who takes time to post thoughtful considerate posts.
