I need cancer patients opinion of a store I am opening

I am a thyroid cancer surviver and while undergoing thyroid treatment the CCTA found suspicious cells in my breast. They turned out to be benign but if unattended would have changed to cancer. Being that CCTA paid for my transportation they were not able to pay for my husbands. I had not been working for 9 months and we were living on our savings. I had to fall behind in my mortgage to pay for flights to and from Wilmington, NC. This is when I vowed that I would do something to help out other cancer patients and there caregiver. I am opening a store which will put money in a fund to help others with there bills or transportation. What I need from you is a good idea of what to put in the store that you can not get else where to buy in volume so I can sell at a lesser price. I know antinauscious suckers would be one item, vitamins, donated wigs and new, prostectic bras, tee-shirts. I have 2 t-shirts  which is my design that all the profit will go into the fund.

Please help with suggestions so my store will be a success for all of us.

Thank you,

Diana F

Hi,

My husband has Glioblastoma Brain Cancer.  Iwill mention a few things that have helped him somewhat.

We bought him a neck wrap that you can put in the microwave or the freezer.  He finds so much relief when he feels nausius.  Also, we have one ;you can put on your head after you put it in the freezer or microwave.  Also, cold items you can put on your eyes is a big relief.

Anything you can find for dry mouth is wonderful.  We have gum, mouthwash, mouth spray, we also have a paste you can put in your mouth.  My husband suffers from dry mouth so much.

I hope this has helped you somewhat.

Good luck with your store.  I think it is a very good idea.

What a great idea! I just saw this post and am wondering how you are coming along with this? I do know of a superior line of products that helped a good friend of mine go thru chemo with out all the bad side affects. I don't know how to contact you and understand the site removes personal info for our protection. Perhaps we can connect on social media?
