Juicing recipes (pancreatic cancer focus)

I first found this site while looking for juicing recipes via my search engine to use for my husband who has pancreatic cancer. I read some of the exchanges/responses to the offer of free recipes and now that I have signed-in I cannot seem to find that spot again. I just got a juicer to try and add to the regimen of many smaller "meals" throughout the day for my husband (...and probably myself too!). Can anyone can direct me there, or enlighten me with recipes for my husband to rid his body of this cancer?

THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Elaine

That is exactly why I came on here.  My husband also has PC and is having a terrible time eating.  Hope someone has some recipes too.

This is what I juice for my mom:

5 carrots

1/2 beet

1 apple

3 stalks of celery

4 stalks of kale OR 4 stalks of asparagus

and sometimes I throw in a tomato or an orange.

I drink it about everyday w/ my mom.

Is it killing the cancer cells or getting the tumor markers down? My husband, age 57 had the whipple last June and the cancer came back so I would love to find anything besides chemo again to kill this cancer. Thanks Dawn

I loved to juice prior to my ampullary cancer. I had a Whipple procedure on October 31st of 2013 at the ripe old age of 46. I am female. I always ate pretty well and took care of myself and I love the green juice. I try again time to time but the green juice just upsets my guts so much that it is unbearable for me. I still do it because I believe it to be good but this eating after a whipple is a real struggle. Some days are better than most. My body rejeected all of the drugs except for the nexium which I take every morning reluctantly. If I don't take this then my gut pain goes from an unbearable 7 to an unbearable 12. Does anyone experience GUT pain so much so that it is hard to focus on anything other than this. I had radiation surrounding my bile duct, pancreas, duodenum, and small intestine. Has anyone who had Pancreatic cancer experience radiation or just the chemo? My doctors tell me I have had a hard time because  the GUT is a complicated are with many nerves and they burned through them all.
