I sent this same message awhile back and got no answers from anyone!! I had thought of it but I have such an awesome doc here I decided not to worry about it.  If I ever switch I believe I will go for second opinion in Phoenix where one of my daughters lives. There is a Mayo there that does mm... Good LUck, hope u get some answers.. Gayle

Hey Windymoose, As long as your going to Phoenix, CTCA has a hospital there. Scroll up to the top of this page where the little tree and letters CTCA are and click it. Their website will show up. All the info is there including the toll free no. I was treated there very successfully with stageIV lung cancer. They specialize in complicated cases. You won't get better treatment anywhere, unless you go to one of there other facilities. They have it all., and all under one roof.
