I'm scared...I had a lesion removed a few weeks ago after it began to itch and bleed on and off for a few months. The spot is located on my left groin fold, and partically on my outer vaginal area. The dermatologist did a biopsy. Biopsy  showed squamous cell carcinoma in situ ... being refered to a surgeon for complete excision  next week. Should I follow up with my gyno? Im so scared something will be missed. I'm still itching and in pain. The lesion looks like its already spread or a new spot is forming.

I hope you followed up with your gynecologist and that they treated what was likely VIN3
