hospice is hospice, anyone you choose, many an non-profitas well, any  hospital can help youfind everything you need, they helped my father-in-law and my mother.

He had a surgery in July 2015, followed by radiation and Temodar. In April 2016, he had a second surgery with no further treatment. He had pretty good recovery of life quality for awhile after his initial surgery and treatments, but the second surgery left him in an almost dementia like state. He is now resting at home and in his final days, not able to eat or drink. I think you made the right decision to just let the disease run its course at that age. Honestly if my Dad could roll back the clock, I don't know if he would opt for any treatments. Even though he rebounded well, not being able to drive and run errands really diminished him.
