Metastatic prostate cancer/what next?

Brief background; diagnosed with stage IV metastatic prostate cancer n August 2015; Gleason 9; 315 PSA; soon after went on Lupron, chemotherapy; then after that cryo surgery; PSA dropped to 0.08 last summer, now creeping up and at 0.42 but has doubled last two times, taken 6-7 weeks apart; excercising 6 times a week, eating well, no pain, feeling great; metastases diffused along skeletal system and in lymph nodes; scans much improved after chemo and have remained same since; question is what next? From day one I've wanted to stay on attack but recommendation now is stay the course I would need to have PSA rise for eligibility for clinical trials or provenge or anything else; I am thrilled I am feeling well but feel I should be more aggressive but seemingly no specifics things to do right now; other then keep doing what I am doing. I am 62. Thanks!
