My father is currently going through a recurrent GBM and is in the first cycle of pcv..We started giving him dexamethasone 4mg twice per day as suggested by some of the docs to reduce brain edema.
But given the possible side effects how long can we continue to do this.

My Son used Dexamethasone and i got to say he did not like the side effect..My son also has a GBM and cannot be removed..Done treatments and so far the tumour has been stable for over a year..My son is not taking no meds what so every..After the treatments he was slowed took od deamethansone..Good luck to your day many prayers. My son is now 17 tumour was discovered at 16.
