I have been doing the mavis polynoma (seviprotimut-l) vaccine trial for almost 2 years after having lymph nodes removed.  So far no reoccurrence, some minor side effects but nothing compared to what chemo, etc do to people.

What was location of your lymph nodes? My father has in neck region and wondering should we do surgery or radio therapy

My positive nodes were under my arm (axillary).  I didn't know there was any option other than removal.  I will say, however, that I am now having issues with lymphedema even though they told me it was a very small chance of that being a problem.

Hello! My Son recently had Lymph nodes removed from his neck a few months ago...the Dr was sure that one was cancerous, but Thank God, it was not! But, he is experiencing pain in his left shoudler since the surgery as they had to cut a muscle...Pray that all goes well with you!!!
