Get off of here and go to a doctor.

Usually the term "mass" means tumor.  Something like 90% of all kidney tumors are RCC, meaning, yes, you need to go see a doctor pronto.

Michelle, I hope you have seen a doctor and are being treated for your symptoms. If you're still dealing with this and need some encouragement, please let me know.

Just so you know, my name is Julie, I'm nearly 70 and was diagnosed with stage IV kidney cancer 5 years ago, after having a kidney removed 15 years earlier. With a great doctor and terrific medicine, I am doing well.

Yes, by all means see a doctor, but the yellowing in the nails and the dark urine points toward the liver not kidney.  May be minor, or not...only way to know is to see a doctor and have the needed tests.  Best Wishes and prayers for a good outcome.

Who told you that you have masses in both kidneys? Go back to them or find a new doctor immediately. As someone who is facing several health challenges, I can tell you that ignoring all this is not going to make it go away. Be a warrior, face it head on and get the facts. Let us know how you make out on your journey. God bless.
