So it sounds more like BPH.  If this MD has been the only one consistently monitoring you then he would know best.

Just FYI....there is no "normal" PSA.  Typically, PSA is monitored for trending.  There are so many factors that affect PSA it is impossible to use it as a definitive tool for prostate cancer.

I completely agree.  The ketogenic diet is also PRIMO in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.  It can actually reverse the insulin resistance in cells, lower A1C and triglycerides and reduce your risk for heart disease...all through eating FATS!  This is completely opposite of the "government approved" low fat, high carb diet.  New studies are coming out against the government dietary recommendati...

I remember when my husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer almost a year ago.  I felt terribly panicked and helpless.  I cried for two days.  Everytime I thought about losing him, my heart would ache.  At some point, I just turned it all over to God.  It sounds so cliche, but it is true.  I knew that no matter what happened I would be OK and so would he.  There is truly a peace t...

I am so sorry for your loss.  I know this sounds so trite, but you are grieving and I can sense how painful this is for you.  I cannot possibly grasp how you are feeling, but I would like to give you some words of encouragement if you can hear them now.  This pain will pass, but it will take time.  I don't know how you feel about seeing a therapist for grief counseling, but I highly recommend this...

Ketogenic diet for cancer is gaining some credibility such that clinical trials are investigating. Low carb/High fat diets are great for you..especially in the case of inflammatory disorders like cancer and metabolic syndrome. Get off the government brainwash and investigate for yourself.  PET scans look for glucose metabolism when they look for cancer in your body!  What does that tell you???  They...

Seriously, did anyone actually read the ACTUAL study...this is so much bunk, it is embarrassing...for the WHO. They get away with this because the average person does not know how to discern a well constructed study from a statistically insignficant one.  People will change their lives and possibly their well being over this BUNK...SAD!!

Ketogenic diet for Cancer.  Google it.  Sugar/Carbohydrates feed cancer.  You need to cut his carb intake to 20g/day.  Moderate proteins, high fats.   This diet is currently in clinical trials specifically for brain cancer.
