I’m new to this group, and am looking for current treatment and any other information on Eccrine Carcinoma. From the little I can find, it is a very rare form of skin cancer. My husband was recently given this as a diagnosis and is scheduled with an oncologist in 3 weeks. What should we be asking other than typical diagnosis, treatment and surgery questions. All I can find on line is at least 10years old. Appreciate any newer information. Thanks

Hello,  I also was diagnosed with Sweat Gland Cancer.  It had shown up as a small tumor near my right eye.  I too am searching for research, it is Eccrine Carcinoma.  I wish you the very best.   Frances

Hello Im new to this site, Just looking for other people that have cancer. I have been recently been diagonised with Sweat Gland cancer And im about to go crazy. I cant talk to my wife about it im so angry. Why i dont know!!!! Im 52 yo and im scared to death, this cancer that i have is very rare With what little information that i can find isnt looking good. Says there had been only about 228 cases of this cancer reported in the last 30 years. Im dont know how to began dealing with this. Does anyone have any information or know of any sites that may be helpfull?

Over the past winter I was diagnosed with sweat gland cancer.  I thought it was a cyst on the  outside of my right eye.  It turned out to be sweat gland carcinoma of skin of eyelid.  Had surgery, removed part of my eyelid and the area where (I thought was a cyst), was reopened and quite a bit of surgery done also to the bone.  It had spread more than anticipated.   This led to reconstruction.  I feel so fortunate for the great doctors and my family.  However, I am very concerned it may be somewhere else in my body that is not visible.   I wish everyone who has been touched by cancer the very best.  Seeking out information on new research for this and support.
