      I hope that he feels better soon and tolerates his treatment better, It is a tough journey, but there are things can be done today to help make it a bit better. Hopefully he has a good oncologist that can work win him to lessen his symptoms. You will be in my thoughts. Jessica

        This is a traditional chemo drug. Many of this general side effects apply. I recently wrote about the general side effects of chemo for a reader that I about to start combination chemotherapy. You can check it out here. Hope things are being tolerated well.             I am a pediatric oncologist and now three years in remission for an aggressive stage 4 cancer for which I had nearly a year and a half hospital stay. I would really like to help others.                   Thank you all for the openness and discussion. I am a survivior of stage 4 adrenal cancer. I was in the hospital for over a year but really only now reading the cancer blogs now that a couple years in remission. I was a pediatric oncologist before diagnosis. I find a lot of inspiration for topics to write about as I start my new project. Any feedback at this early stage of my new project at this early phase...
