Hi Lucy, I've already prayed for you this morning and just know my thoughts will be with you as you have your first chemo! Take care of yourself and when you feel better from this treatment let me know how you made out. Don't forget to take your meds on time and eat before chemo!    Hugs...Joy.

Hi mercben, consider it done. I wrote your mom's name in my book and I will be praying for her also each evening and each morning. I have no idea what God's plans are but I do know each one of us have a set day to leave this earth. To those who know Jesus as their saviour and don't win this battle on earth, they are the biggest winners of all because they move from here into paradise and eternity is never ending. I p...

Hi panca ,you are absolutely right, only God can cure this wretched disease once and for all. In Mark 11:24, it states you can pray for anything and if you believe, you will have it. Hang in there, trust God and continue to pray, I also will join you each day holding these people up in prayer, and I know that some will walk out of this ordeal into victory. Miracles still happen today and there are cancer patients who...

Hi GBAdvanced......I'm right with you.....I'm praying that God will walk your dad right through this journey to victory! So happy chemo is working , I know it's a very hard journey but with God in control all things are possible. They do have other therapy that they are trying and your oncologist would have the best information about these and if your dad would be a good candidate. I sincerely pray that chemo will do...

Yes I take turmeric and that's all. I can tell you it's best to get vitamins from fruits and vegetables. I also juice each morning . I work with pancreatic patients and we do not recommend suppliments. If they are in need of something it is perscribe to them by the oncologist. Becareful with suppliments as they may interfer with chemo. It's wise to check with your oncologist about suppliments ! Good luck......Joy.

Yes I had the Whipple procedure for stage 3 pancreatic cancer followed by 6 months of chemo. Like I have said 6 months  later this beast is back and now I'm  told stage 4 pancreatic cancer with very little hope! Chemo once again for 6 more months. Only by the grace of God that I am here today, as I lost my brother 8 years ago to this very same cancer and my sister last year to lung and brain cancer. Blessin...
