Can a cortisol blood test be done in the afternoon?  After I had it done I looked online and it says it should be done in the early morning.  My doctor didn't say it had to be done in the morning.

I've been having problems with low back pain.  I had a kidney cat scan done with contrast and soon after that was done,  a kidney xray which I was standing.  The IV wasn't in the arm when I had the standing kidney xray done.  I was told the contrast can be seen on the Xray.  Anyone had this done?  A kidney xray where you stood?

I've had 3 lumps on my vulvar for about 12 years. Maybe even longer.  I've had several GYN doctors tell me they are cysts.  Lately I've been worrying about them.  Does vulvar cancer causes one sore?  They don't bother me I have no pain or bleeding.   I'm 64 years old.

I didn't make myself clear enough.  I mean't to say can a neck cat scan detect nodules or tumors that causes thyroid cancer.  I know it takes a biopsy.
