Hi Dodger, I know a number of dispensary owners here with collectively 100's of cancer patients as customers.  I haven't talked to anyone who has said the CBD has not helped them at least symptomatically so am very much in agreement with you.  For those of you that are concerned abuout the "high" CBD is not psycho active.  It is THC that is psycho active.  Different products have different mixes o...

I recently did this successfully.  I went in person to the SS office.  Took me a couple of trips there, forms, follow up with Dr and murses, etc.  I believe that you are paid for the 5 month waiting period. But best to check with them directly.  Seems like there is some conflicting info out there so I decided to just go in.  It was actually very easy compared to dealing with the disease.

Hi, relatively newly diagnosed (last year) but have experienced some of what your're going through.  I am now on a double dose of temedor for 5 days in a row once a month.  For me, I seem to be able to tolerate any one dose reasonably well (after figuring out how to deal with some side effects) but it is the cumulative effect that knocks me down.  Just finished my 5th dose for the month last night. &nb...

I've seeen some info on here about the use of CBD oil and cannabis in its various forms.  Living in Northern California I have easy access to this.  This is a hot political topic now but regardless of your views on that I can tell you that from my personal point of view in relation to cancer symptoms this stuff works... nausea, appetite, pain, anxiety, sleep, among others.  I've tried the straight oil,...

Forgot to mention my initial prognosis was 3 months untreated and 14 months treated with standard of care...so very aggressive and fast growing.  My tumor was necrotic on the inside because it had grown so fast that it outstripped its blood supply.  The surgeon was happy with the resection with very little malignant tissue left (I think a 95% resection or something is what they called it).  Had an area...

Hello Everyone, I was diagnosed with a new primary GBM in October of last year.  After genetic and metabolic testing revised to PXA (Pleomorphic Xantho Astrocytoma which is most common in teenagers) or some type of PXA/GBM hybrid.  Thought I'd post on here as I am in the midst of treatment and might have info that could help one of you.  Male in my early 50's, married, two teenagers.  Had resectio...
