Hi Christi,  thank you for your reply. sorry to hear about the progression. did your husband take any medicine or vitamins after stopped taking temodar?. did doctors put your husband back on temodar now? lv also heard another reason why most doctors want their patients to stop temodar after they take it for maximum 12 months. that's because doctors don't want their patients's bodies to be resistant to temodar,...

my husband was diagnosed of gbm4 on April 6th 2016, his tumor is unmethylated too. his first three scans after finishing radio were not very good, so we sent his tumor for a gene test and came back with his tumor was unmethylated which means temodar doesnot work on him. his oncologist was thinking to change medicine but then miracle appeared, temodar started working, all his scans were stable since then. Thank GOD! ...

my husband has just finished his 15th cycle of temodar. somehow his body seems to tolerate this better and better, during the last two cycles he didn't feel as much fatigue as before and his constipation was getting better too, is it a good thing or a bad thing? as l heard resistance may accur if taking temodar for too long, could it be a sign of it? anyone here has experience the same?

Hi rward, great to know your wife is doing so well now. after some bad MRI results, we sent my husband's tumour for a gene test, unfortunately his tumour was tested to be unmethylated, his oncologist was considering changing his meds, then miracle appeared. l also don't know why after several bad scans, temodar seems to start working now. l can only think it was from GOD's blessing. our oncologist wanted my husband t...

Hi everyone, l'v been struggling on whether l should try adding curcumin to my husband's treatment for his recurrent GBM. l know it's good but my husband is allergy to Bactrim which contains sulfamethoxazole, which causes Stevens-Johnson syndrome to him. (Stevens Johnson syndrome is a rare, serious disorder.of skin and mucous membranes ) Any idea if my husband can take curcumin? Any&nbs...
