How deep had it grown?? This disease has - what i call a safety barrier - and that is 1mm depth. Hi Pam It was a MRI that picked up the lympadenopathy in the groin area.  So on that report and the fact the biopsy stated pagets, my oncologist decided to take all the nodes out at the same time as the vulvectomy.  In my case it was unnecessary,  but everyone is different.  Please, if your oncologist thinks it necessary to remove them, listen to him/her, listen to all Pyour options but please do...

Hi Pam One doc said I had thyroid problems and another one said it was fine, so im not sure who to believe.   Yes the removal of 22 of them (11 each side) and half a vulvar,  is not a walk in the park.  I feel the affects everyday, I have trouble keeping infections away and lymphdema is a real problem.  I have no feeling at the base of my stomach and the top of my thigh on the right side.  ...
