I'm not sick or have cancer, but do enjoy this because of a bad bad hip. I have a lift chair also that we were able to get for free at the end of a garage sale where they just wanted to get rid of it. The only issue is that it is not as comfy as my other chair. Also, have you looked risers? I have used these before for our bed. Mine raised my bed by 6".  That may help to since your butt is not so back int...

Your situation is the reason why my wife does what she does...She's a professional private care giver who specializes in hospice care. As mentioned, you can get help from various sources. Some at no cost or little expense (everything is a big expense when on a fixed income).   If you do go the route of private caregiver, think about what you exactly need. Do you want: ·     &n...

She just got a letter Saturday's mail that Medicaid will kick in on the 31rst of this month. So a couple more weeks of me paying out of pocket. It's my understanding that this type of cancer is quite unusual for both a female and as young as my daughter is. She started her first chemo treatment this past Friday after Thanksgiving. She has no medical insurance, so I’ve been having to give her money for her meds while we wait for the emergency Medicaid to kick in. Talk about a ...

My 27-year-old step-daughter was just diagnosed for all intent and purposes with a death sentence, Pancreatic Cancer. From my brief research on this type of cancer, it's unusual for a female and her age to get this kind of cancer. Frankly, i blame her because of the life style she chose and is suffering from the consequences of immoral and stupid decisions in her life. My wife and I live 2400 miles from where m...
