      Has your Myelofibrosis progressed to leukemia? To overcome low B12, make sure you use a B complex containing Folate and methylcobalamin or hydrocobalamin. B vitamins work better together.             Helder, a leukemia patient introduced Chloroxygen softgels to us and it resulted in raising my wife's hemoglobin from 7.6 to 9.1 . Just two a day. Also a B complex containing all eight B vitamins is needed. Ubiquinol (CoQ10) is needed too for heart energy. One last thing is Serrepeptase.               Suggest serrapeptase, 80,000 SPU three times a day. Start slow, build up to three times a day. Also try Castor Oil packs on the spleen. No experience with Jakafi

                Dalt1 passed July 11, 2018 as a result of a gym accident. Under Multiple Myeloma Discussions click on Myelofibrosis then click on page 143. Go to the last message and click on reply then enter your message. It will connect you to a responsive group familiar with DALT1's protocol.

                      Lebo29, your dad may have an iodine deficiency causing dry mouth.  Please check this link. Youtube is a good resource too. Iodine absorption is enhanced with selenium. To get calcium to the bones will require boron, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin K2 MK4.  You'll need 45 mg of K2 MK4 to activate the GLA Matrix Protein.
