Joe, sorry to hear this bad news. Great that you will get a second opinion and take some time to consider your options.  Make sure you find an oncologist who is a specialist in your type of cancer.  Diet has a strong correlation with digestive tract cancers, so consider making the switch to a plant based diet ASAP, supplement with digestive enzymes between meals, add probiotics.  If possible, find an i...

I know about the clinics in the U.S. and Mexico, and know a few people who have gone to them.  I visited several clinics in Mexico. One friend who went to several well known American clinics said that they all had their positives and negatives. Are you looking for something close to home?

Thanks for the response!  They stopped selling new tests about a year ago, so I guess they only honor tests or test kits that had already been sold.  I guess any diet that eliminates processed foods, CAFO animal products, etc. is going to be beneficial.  I am just not convinced that the keto diet is helpful for all types of cancer.  I wrote a book about alternative cancer treatment that includes a...

I know someone who received treatment there, as well as a couple of other places.  She said that they all have their positives and negatives. She has been declared free of cancer.

How are you both getting the oncoblot test?  Their website still says that the tests are not available, just as it has for the past year. NSouthBoston, I can't see that green tea or red pepper would affect your hair follicles.  I would guess it is the diet, but an integrative doctor could figure it out.  I am not sure about the keto diet for colorectal, colorectal is so associated with the high fat an...

So sorry that you have received such bad news.  A strict ketogenic diet has had some success in shrinking brain tumors and could buy some time, although not a "cure".  Search on youtube for presentations by Thomas Seyfried PhD for more info.  There is also a FDA approved device called Optune for delivering radiofrequency waves to brain tumors, and has been proven to be effective in extending survival. ...

Considering that chemo can make the cancer more aggressive, resistant to future treatment, and damage the immune system,  I would not accept chemo for stage 2 cancer pre-operatively.  And this is not even considering that the aggressive chemo will likely make him feel awful and possibly damage organs.  Seems that surgery is safer with an undamaged immune system and organ function!  But this is jus...

I agree with the juicing and vitamin D suggestion.  If your brother can understand the importance of minimizing animal products, that would be really helpful too, strong correlation with colon cancer and harder to digest. I would also suggest Essaic tea if your brother can tolerate the green taste, it is a time tested herbal formula, and even if it doesn't result in remission, it should help with overall wellbei...

So sorry to hear about your husband.  As you seem to be aware, there is little that can be done for stage 4 cancers by conventional medicine, and no way to know how things will progress.  I am not at all "anti-conventional treatment" but I do believe that Integrative/alternative medicine can offer more hope for stage 4, including dietary changes and supplements that you can do at home, if travelling to an i...

Merhaba,  I am not sure where you live in Turkiye, and if you know that there is an integrative clinic in Istanbul staffed by fully qualified oncologists.  The website is chemothermia.com.
