I'm so sorry to hear of how you are feeling, but trust me, you are not alone. In the first few months after my diagnosis, I went through many emotions, and at times anger was one of them. No one can ever understand what you're going through with the exception of those who have been through the same. Try not to be so frustrated with your family. I am sure they have your best interest at heart.  They are trying in...

Hey man I can relate.  I was once a very successfull and very athletic man with a great career and an absolutely beautiful wife and a new child and a nice home, boat, car etc.   I lost EVERYTHING above in a matter of a couple short months due to cancer. Don't feel guilty that you can no longer work.   It's not your fault.  Don't drive yourself crazy with the "why me's"  My best advise is ...

Hi Jessie, So sorry to hear what you are dealing with. You are doing the right thing by trying to encourage him to see his mother and yes most likely he will regret in the future if he does not. However, you can not make him if he is not willing.  Perhaps he might respond better to a more subtle or passive approach. All you can do is try.  Good Luck

Blessed6 Fiest let me say I'm sorry to hear of how you were treated by your ex.  I can really relate to what you went through with this and having to deal with the fear of loosing custody of your children if going through cancer were not enough.   In my case , my wife started an affair while I was going through harsh cemo as well. She cheated on me for years and she was also very verbally abusive during t...

Hi First I'm so sorry to hear of your challenges.  I can tell you that I was told I had Stage IIIB and that I "might" live 18 months if lucky. I've now been in complete remission for over 12 years and my doc does not even think I need a biopsy to check status for the 3rd straight year becasue my numbers all look stable... Obviously thee are no gaurentees in life. When it was me, I decided that I would do every...

Hi  I'm sorry to hear of your pain.  I don't know how long it's been but you actually do get used to constant pain after some time and it does get easier to take.  I'm sorry you do not feel  supported by your familly. People are so freaked out bythe word cancer and the thought it could happen to them. This can cause them to react to you inappropriately mainly out of fear and uncertainty. I do h...

Lauryjeanh, Im so sorry to hear of your situation. Unfortunately having Cancer for over 12 years I've heard that story way too many times.  I lived that story myself as well. My wife bailed literally the minute after my diagnosis was confirmed...She would not even disuss it with me it was just over and her mind was maid. - she was "too young at 43 to be stuck with a sick husband" . When I went into a coma for...

My response  assumed you are male. If that was an incorrect asumption, I'm sorry
